The Keuper gypsum fragments in the subsoil bring a delicious freshness to the wine, and are of considerable benefit in years with low rainfall.
A disciplined approach, coupled with respect for nature and the ongoing desire to produce wines reflecting the authentic character of one of Alsace’s finest terroirs, led us in 2006 to start the gradual switch to biological agriculture.

|Bouquet||Very complex nose, combining aromas of linden, acacia, wild roses and fruits ending with a very fine notes of caramel and smoke.|
|Palate||The mouth reveals a great amplitude on the aromas tipical of the cepage (apricot mus, frutis, confis …). Floral touches are very persistant and ensure a great complexity. This gewurztraminer is suave and spice. Its acidity gives it a great persistence and a final touch, precise and elegant.|
