Nowadays, this particular vineyard is still planted with Sauvignon and is still a “key part” of the Domaine.
In 1586, Françoise Stutt married Françoise de Bar who brought him as a dowry the seigneury of Tracy. By their wedding, the descendants of the Comte d’Assay and his young brother, François Stutt, current owners of the Château de Tracy, get together two branches of a one and only family separated during four centuries.

|Bouquet||The aromatic expression is very intense. The first nose is marked by notes of boxwood and elderflowers. On aeration, notes of citrus and exotic fruits (mango, passion fruit) complete the palette aromatic. When aeration is continued, a more mineral, iodized background appears suggesting good freshness in the mouth.|
|Palate||The attack is frank, the acidity gradually increases accompanied by a nice volume in the mouth. This acidity is illustrated with notes of yellow lemon relayed by intense aromas of mango and passion fruit which was detected in the nose, bringing sweetness and sweetness. The final, persistent on these exotic notes, is greedy.|
