A cosmopolitan family with branches all over Europe, the Sichels of Bordeaux were of British origin. Looking back across the generations, we can see that the family’s involvement in the world of wine began in 1856 when Hermann Sichel, then aged 65, set up a wine merchant business in Germany.
|Grapes||Cabernet Franc + Cabernet Sauvignon + Merlot|
|Colour||Intense purple red|
|Bouquet||Nose of fresh black berries and cherries on a woody touch vanilla very well dosed. Sirius harmoniously blends a matter of a beautiful concentration, complete, warm and racy.|
|Palate||At the palate, the wine offers both the freshness of cabernets and the roundness and fleshiness of merlot. The finesse and elegance of the tannins respect the aromatic expression that seems to continue indefinitely.|
